As you get closer to your ideal weight, your immune system will benefit and your health will improve dramatically.
8. Overcoming Addictions
Stop smoking. Reduce your alcohol consumption. Reduce your sugar intake and make an effort to break any bad habits you may have.
It'll be difficult... but that's to be expected. Accept and overcome the challenge. Once you've broken these bad habits, you'll look and feel like a completely different person.
9. Personal hygiene
Washing your hands frequently, not touching your face when you're outside, and showering as soon as you get home are all simple but Important habits that will boost your immune system.
When you get home from work, DO NOT sit on the couch or bed. You have no idea what bacteria are on your clothes... and you don't want them to be transferred to the items in your home.
Put your clothes in the washing machine right away and put on new ones after your shower.
